If you are interested in the subject of the conference, please send the title and abstract (approx. 200-300 words) of your presentation to the plenary session (15 minutes) or poster session (3 minutes, electronic posters). Abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings. Panel discussions are also planned, in line with the topic proposals.

The cost of participation in the sessions, conference (abstracts) and promotional materials, meals, and accommodation (double rooms) at the Mercure Racławice Dosłońce Conference & SPA Hotel (order of applications decides) or others in the area:

– for 1-night stay – PLN 500,

– for 2 nights – PLN 800.

The fees should be paid by October 31, 2022, after this date the cost of participation in the conference increases to PLN 1,000.

The possibility of free cancellation of participation in the conference until 25.11.2022. After this date, the participant will be charged 100% of the cost.

Participation in the online conference is free of charge.

Members of the Scientific Committee of the conference and 2 organizers of co-organized thematic sessions have free participation in the sessions, coffee breaks, dinners and accommodation.

• Acceptance of articles: by 18.11.2022
• Sending the final versions of the presentation: by 20.11.2022
• Submission of the full text of the paper (for those interested): by 31.12.2021

Articles will be printed in a post-conference publication.
